AfterMath – Our Story…..

Established in 1991. With aspirations to create an original alternative clothing label utilizing local artists, high quality screenprinting and all Australian made garments using the best Australian milled “Colorado Cotton” fabric, on the 11th of the 11th, 1991 AfterMath was born. Originally and officially named ” The AfterMath Screenprinting & Clothing Company “. The early years went quick, we learnt a lot and established a name for an awesome original design on a good T-shirt. Free full colour catalogs mailed, not emailed ! every Winter & Summer. In the period from 1991 – 2014 we produced a total of 23 catalogs, 24 pages of our range of Mens, Womans and Kids garments which included our signature Long Sleeve T-Shirts with an almost full wrap around print on both sleeves, T-Shirts, Singlets, Lycra leggings and Crop tops, Mens Dress shirts, Jackets, Caps, Beanies, Calico Bags, Stickers, Stubby Coolers, Wall Hangings, Patches, Collectables and a heap of other Cool products  all with a selection of over 600 Original designs drawn for us from such local greats as Bruce Liddel, Little Mick, Karl Kauffman, Don Johnson, Russell Bennett, Simon Downey and Michael Sceri to name a few. In 2011 we stopped producing garments due to rising local costs, an influx of cheap imported garments and a changing market. On a different direction we continued screen printing in Brisbane for local bands, businesses and events for well over 25 years. We offered Quality printing, Great service and price with a fast turnaround.

After a 6 year hiatus in 2018 AfterMath re emerged into the new form you see today. Focusing on Graphic design services, online design tuition courses, sales of printers for Dye Sublimation use and distributor for Izumi inks from Japan.

But the Original Aftermath concept will never die, and im currently finalising a range of Original Classic AfterMath designs on a whole new range of items including Shoes, Bedding Sets, Leggings, Cushions and more.

Stay Tuned……….

Cheers, Malcolm.
